How to update your online Job Application Profile:
Your Unistaff Job Application Profile is screened by our Recruitment Team as soon as there are job openings available that match the position you have applied for. In case you would like to apply to a different position, or perhaps you need to make changes or include additional details into your account, follow these steps to make sure it is up to date:
Step #1: Log in to your account

Visit www.unistaff.us

Click on Applicants > Applicant’s Login

Enter your email address
-
Check your email and click on the link sent by Universal Staffing Services, Inc. to enter your profile
Step #2: Apply for an available position

Go to Applicants > click on Job Openings

Click on View Details for the position you want to apply for

Click on Apply Now

To view the additional positions you have applied for, go to Account > click on Position Applied

Step #3: Upload your documents

Go to Account > click on Document Checklist

To upload each item on the list, click on the “orange pen” icon (Edit)

Fill in the information required for each document
Step #4: Fill in Employment details

Go to your Account > click on Profile

Within the Employment section > click on + Add Work Experience

I am not receiving an email with a link to access my Unistaff Account. What should I do?
If you are not receiving the email with a link to access your Unistaff Account, you may clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history from your browser and refresh your email inbox. Alternatively, you may also check the “junk” or “spam” folders in your email. If it is there, mark it “safe” and move it to your inbox.
What do I need to do if the link is already expired?
The Unistaff website link provides a 10-minute window for logging in to your Account. In addition, the link can only be clicked once. If the link has expired or you have clicked on the link once before, you will have to visit www.unistaff.us > click on Applicants > click on Applicant’s Login and enter your email address once more. You will receive another email with a new link.
Do I need to create a new profile for every application?
No. You may log in with the same email address you used when you created your account and then apply under the new position.
What if I forget my login information?
If you have forgotten the email address you used when applying, you will have to register again with a new email address and re-enter your personal information. Alternatively, if you want to change the email address used in your currently active account, you may contact inquiries@unistaff.us for assistance.
Can I receive an update when there are new job openings?
You can receive an update from the position you have applied for. But if you want to receive general updates on all new job opportunities, you may view them in the Unistaff website or our social media pages.
What should I do if I can’t save my edited information?
You can email us at inquiries@unistaff.us, send your most updated CV, and we will update your account.
Whom should I contact if I have questions, concerns, or technical problems about my account?
You can email us at inquiries@unistaff.us and we will respond during regular business hours, from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm in the Philippines (GMT+8).
