How UNISTAFF Helps Build Better Futures at Home and Abroad

At Universal Staffing Services Inc. (UNISTAFF), our mission has always gone beyond connecting people to jobs abroad. True success means making a difference here at home in the Philippines. That’s why we were honored to be part of the 2025 FairPlay Summer Fest: Outreach Program for the children of Payatas, Quezon City.

 

Payatas is a place of strength and hope. Though once known for hardship, it’s also filled with dreams, resilience and the limitless potential of a hardworking community. With the help of our partner Conexus MedStaff and many other volunteers, UNISTAFF proudly joined hands to bring smiles, laughter, and a little more light into the lives of these amazing kids.

A Day of Fun, Hope, and New Beginnings

The sun was bright and the air buzzing with excitement as kids raced from booth to booth, playing games like mini target shooting, face and hair painting, play dough crafts, bubble football, bouncy castles and more. Volunteers from UNISTAFF and Conexus MedStaff manned the booths, sharing laughs and cheers at every turn.

Thanks to the kindness of all the sponsors, the children received brand-new football gear, complete with shoes and uniforms. They also received school supplies like backpacks, notebooks, pens, and pencils. Music filled the air, cold drinks kept everyone cool, and the simple joys of the day reminded us all of the power of community.

Helping Dreams Grow, Wherever They Lead

When the day wrapped up with a special ceremony, it was clear: small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Giving back is a reminder that everyone deserves a chance to chase bigger dreams, whether in their hometowns or beyond.
