Working with Conexus MedStaff is a great way to kickstart your nursing career in the U.S. Conexus MedStaff provides a welcoming environment, with a supportive team helping you as you start your new job and transition into a new life in the U.S. And your adventure can continue even after you've completed your assignment.
Conexus MedStaff’s Career Pathways program, focuses on your continued healthcare career in the U.S., along with your journey to becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen.
Career Pathways program allows Conexus MedStaff healthcare professionals to continue growing their career on either a 2,088-hour or a 5,000-hour contract. The program includes increased salary, continued immigration support, additional continued education and more.
Conexus MedStaff's in-house immigration team provides assistance in processing your Naturalization application for you and for your family members to become U.S. citizens - an average expense of between $3,000 - $5,000 per person.
As part of the Career Pathways program, Conexus MedStaff provides support towards becoming an American citizen. The immigration team will process the full Naturalization application for you and your family members.
What Does Naturalization Mean?
If you're a permanent resident of the U.S., Conexus MedStaff can pursue your U.S. citizenship and cover the associated application costs.
The benefits of being a U.S. citizen include, but are not limited to the following:
- Increased ease of travel and re-entry into the United States
- Ability to petition for more family members through immigration
- Ability to pass U.S. citizenship to children who have green cards
- Ability to obtain government jobs, grants, other benefits

Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for Naturalization, there are some general requirements. To begin the process, an individual must have been a permanent resident of the U.S. for at least 5 years and demonstrated good moral judgement during that time.
