Job Description

Responsible to carry out full cycle of accounting and finance activities by applying sound accounting principles and practices. Familiar with Budgeting and Cost Control, General Accounting and Costing, Economic Studies, Financial Modelling, Financial Statements on the basis of International Financial Standard. The suitable candidate should have reasonable experience to deal with Auditors and Tax authorities. Should also be familiar with Insurance principles, terms and conditions.

Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from a reputable/ recognize University, with a minimum 5 years direct and relevant experience in an Accounting and finance functions within an oil/gas or petrochemical industry. Demonstrated work experience using automated financial packages such as PeopleSoft or a similar scale accounting software package, creating queries and reports to satisfy the needs of various users and good knowledge in MS Office software application.
The candidate should have a very good command of the English language, both written and spoken and should be able to work within a multinational environment and hard working type.
