Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
With the direction of the Assistant Executive Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Liaise with the partner and local agencies to ensure accurate and current resource information being disseminated
- Schedule and attend monthly meetings of the partner agencies to ensure the effectiveness of the collaboration
- Coordinate and follow-up with partner and HMC staff as per the agreed plan to ensure project progress
- Develop a system for communicating effectively with staff to ensure outcomes are met in a timely fashion
- Meet regularly with the Assistant Executive Director to report progress and receive directions
- Liaise with partner and respective HMC stakeholders to organize meetings, travel bookings, housing, transportation, etc.
- Perform Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience in Project management
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative position
- Required Certification/Licensure/Registration: Project Management
- Language Skills: English and Arabic preferred
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications (Windows, MS Office, medical staff databases etc.)
- Key Competencies: Data collection, analysis and data presentation. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, effective written and verbal communication skills; database management; excellent time-management and interpersonal skills
- Problem Solving/Decision Making: Briefly explain:
- Ability to execute the job responsibilities independently with minimum supervision
