Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

 

With the direction of the Assistant Executive Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Liaise with the partner and local agencies to ensure accurate and current resource information being disseminated
  • Schedule and attend monthly meetings of the partner agencies to ensure the effectiveness of the collaboration
  • Coordinate and follow-up with partner and HMC staff as per the agreed plan to ensure project progress
  • Develop a system for communicating effectively with staff to ensure outcomes are met in a timely fashion
  • Meet regularly with the Assistant Executive Director to report progress and receive directions
  • Liaise with partner and respective HMC stakeholders to organize meetings, travel bookings, housing, transportation, etc.
  • Perform Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

 

  • Education:       Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience in Project management
  • Experience:      Previous experience in administrative position
  • Required Certification/Licensure/Registration:  Project Management
  • Language Skills:  English and Arabic preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer applications (Windows, MS Office, medical staff databases etc.)
  • Key Competencies: Data collection, analysis and data presentation.  Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, effective written and verbal communication skills; database management; excellent time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solving/Decision Making:  Briefly explain:
    • Ability to execute the job responsibilities independently with minimum supervision
