Job Description

The candidate is responsible for carrying our all Scaffolding and Painting works in a continuous process industry. Candidate must be able to provide expertise and supervision for erecting & dismantling of scaffolds, to ensure that scaffolding prior to use, planning and supervision of daily scaffolding activities, take measurements, conduct safety awareness briefings, etc. The person shall also be responsible for the maintenance painting activities and should have good knowledge of control of grit blasting and painting works. The person shall be computer literate and also be capable of preparing preventive maintenance schedules, estimates, work orders, etc., in computerized environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be educated to Higher Secondary level (10+2) with a vocational certificate in Scaffolding/ Painting from a recognized industrial training institute. A certificate in Scaffolding inspection and CSWIP-B-GAS Painting Inspector Grade 2 would be an advantage. The candidate shall have minimum 10 years experiences in a process industry or with a contracting company associated with the process industry in the above mentioned fields.  The candidate shall be proficient in English language in both verbal & written forms
