Technical Internal Auditor

Qualifications

1.     Candidate to have degree Bachelor in Engineering ideally (Chemical / Mechanical)
2.     Minimum 7-8 Years relevant experience in Operations / Maintenance / Technical Audit experience desirable.
3.     Competence in some of the following areas would be beneficial
·         Plant Performance Evaluation (Capacity, Production, Energy Efficiency, Equipment efficiency etc.).
·         Loss Point Analysis (Energy, Raw materials, Production etc.).
·         Optimization of Cost Control Measures in Production, Maintenance and Ancillary Units (including Turnarounds – Planned Shutdowns).
·         Predictive, Preventive and Planned Maintenance procedures including Condition Monitoring and Plant Health Services.
·         Pre and Post Evaluation of realization of benefits from implemented Plant Modification Projects (PMP).
·         Technical evaluation in areas such as Inventories of Catalysts, Chemicals, Equipment, Spare Parts and Plant Insurance etc.
·         Performance Monitoring and Reliability Evaluation of Plant Equipment and Machinery.
·         Experience in Detailed Energy Audits and Benchmarking of Plant Consumption and suggest ways to improve overall efficiencies.
·         Conversant with technical evaluation of Insurances for Plant Machinery and equipment and Fire Insurance.
·         Knowledge of International Standards such as API, ASME etc for Plant Process, Machineries and Equipment
·         Knowledge of management systems (ISO-9001,ISO 14001, OSHAS-18001)

1. Excellent Communication Skills and Report Writing Skills.
   
2. Experience in writing Technical Reports and making Presentations to Management on suggested Recommendations.
