Job Description
Manage and coordinate the entire QF transport fleet operations to ensure that an effective and efficient service is provided at all times to meet QF routine and mass event transport requirements.
Determines work priorities in order to meet all requirements of vehicle fleet from various departments located in Qatar Foundation in a timely manner.
Maintains close coordination with vehicle suppliers/contractors on matters relating to contract implementation.
Qualifications
•Higher Diploma in Administration or equivalent. • 3 years of experience in transport service oriented organization,. Other combinations of experience in dealing with Events Management and education which meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. Good written and oral knowledge of English is essential. • Good working knowledge of the methods of transport administration/operations and knowledge of safe working practices are essential.
