- Design and analyze parts, components, assemblies, sub-assemblies and systems.
- Produce associated drawings and instructions, perform engineering duties that require judgment and application of standard engineering principles.
- Practices work from instructions, drawings, proposals, specifications, and other important information.
- Prepare specifications and documents in accordance with requirements. Establish formats, instructions and investigate technical problems.
- Establish procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
- Responsible for Electrical/Electronic System, Semiconductor Metrology Tools analogue or digital circuit design and verification cable design and verification system/concept design.
- Responsible for assuming design engineering for major phases of engineering activity, identify and resolve the software and potential hardware problems.

- Electrical Engineering degree.
- A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, including project management and construction.
- Leadership, vision, innovation, decisiveness, concentration, teambuilding and decision making ability.
- High level of technical knowledge and skill and familiar with infrastructure mechanical systems.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- Complete working knowledge of all aspects of electrical design and project management.
- Working knowledge of building codes, fire codes, specifications and engineering drawings.
- Well-developed computer application skills, especially AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Must be extremely flexible, adaptable to change, be positively willing and able to implement change in a rapidly changing environment.
- Good knowledge of data management.
- Above average skills in English written and oral communications.
