Duties: Supports the Qatalum core processes towards a high precision culture by implementing the Qatalum Production System. Support the implementation of Qatalum Lean Production Management System. Develop, plan and execute training within QPS Principle and Tools Lead the QPS Network and facilitate workshops. Monitor and document improvements

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. /M.Sc. from Technical / Business studies institution or long relevant practical experience.
- Experiences in lean production systems in an industrial company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a structured and independent, and must be fluent in English.
